Bringing Dunn a new kind of community owned & directed business...
The first vision for Grain Dealers was born when the founders - Wesley and Lee - participated in the Leadership Harnett Program. Throughout their various engagement in local economic development efforts, they kept discussing what their community was missing and realized that there was nowhere for families to go and relax. As they continued talking about it, Grain Dealers was born.
Located in a downtown historical building that was once the home to the Dunn Lumber Company, Wesley and Lee have the space to create quality beers, offer a family-friendly environment for people to come and relax in, and host live entertainment.

Our Journey
Grain Dealers Building is Completed
The building was originally built for the Dunn Lumber Company, which made a significant contribution to the construction of the City of Dunn. Then in 1904, the building is switched to the Southern Lumber Company.
Building is Converted Into Storage
The floor was removed and the building was used to store wagons and other equipment.
